RETURNS

Used candles cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please note we also do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases.

However, we are happy to replace any products damaged during transit. If your candle was damaged during shipment, please contact us at hello@honeystudio.co with proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving your order.

NATURE OF PRODUCT

Customers of Honey. Studio acknowledge that every item is handmade in small batches using 100% pure, natural soy wax. Our candle tins are made from natural and recycled material and thus can sometimes carry (very minor) imperfections, like faint indents, marks or scratches. These do not in any way affect the performance of our product, and the buyer must understand that there may be a slight variation between each tin.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders have a processing time of 2-3 business days after an order has been placed. Orders will have a tracking number attached, that will be sent via email. All orders do not have a guaranteed delivery time after the order has been shipped, and we take no responsibility in delays that are caused by shipping carrier after the item has left us.
